Email marketing are a popular tool nowadays and many of us as internet marketers are using emails to engage our audience. I have seen a couple of products on email marketing in the market which are rather interesting and some which are totally crappy.
It is not a matter of blasting your email campaigns, it is how to engage your list of subscribers to buy your product. Well, email marketing training are the in-thing now amongst super affiliates and internet gurus so don’t be fool by the hype and choose wisely on a suitable product that can benefit you as marketer.
So let’s go into the review.
What is The Commission Machine?
The Commission Machine is a program that teaches users on writing effective contents in their email marketing campaigns. It is basically a video course and Michael Cleney claims that he will be using his knowledge and experience to teach you the method he uses to generate $2,500 in a single day by using his special 3-step system to differentiate yourself from all the other affiliates.
Do you believe in the hype? or is this another kind of marketing gimmick that super affiliates like Micheal are using to promote their product.
The Commission Machine offers 7 training modules, all video tutorials and you can see that the program is well organize. The modules are comprehensive and will give you information you need during your product launch or campaigns.
Module 1 – Overview of R.A.P.I.D formula to get you started.
Module 2 – Research using on various resources. There are some information which is interesting to note on this module.
Module 3 – Angle – it is about branding yourself and to stand out from other affiliates.
Module 4 – Providing Incentive to your audience in product launches like making use of bonuses and other ways and so on.
Module 5 – Messages covers content writing to engage your audience and getting them to want to buy your product.
Module 6 – Deploy covers on how to plan, manage and run your campaigns. This module will provide you with the understanding on your product launch set up and infrastructure to launch a campaign.
Module 7 – No list Method will cover techniques to create a successful campaign without having a list like utilizing social media platforms.
Should you follow The Commission Machine?
Commission Machine is a legit product and affordable at $24.95, However, there is an upsell that you will need to purchase at $197. You will get your money worth in the main program but an upsell for $197, I think I will make a pass on that.
The think about upsells is to create an upgrade on the main product. I am always not in favour of owners selling upsells apart from the main product as I find this a bit ridiculous but anyway, it is a marketing technique used by owners to sell low on the main product and create upsells.
So let’s go to the Pros and Cons of the product.
Pros:
- Price is cheap at $24.95
- Strategies are up-to-date and is workable.
- Video tutorials are good with examples from his personal campaigns on how to apply it, power point presentation is simple and easy to understand.
Cons:
- The whole course takes about a half a day to complete which doesn’t give much information but at $24.95, you can’t complain much.
- Remember on the landing page, Micheal claims that even newbies can benefit from this program. I don’t think so. The course doesn’t provide information on basic affiliate marketing such as website building, the use of autoresponder, traffic generation (how to get traffic to my website).
Conclusion
Overall the product is good and you can get useful information on email marketing. It will work well if you are into email marketing but there are some disadvantage if you have no information on how to start from scratch. I am also not in favour of their upsell but you can try buying it and post your comments to share your views here. Just Kidding.

Like I said, email marketing is an important tool that generate sales when you promote your product but if you don’t know the know how to start off your campaign especially writing contents, then you will need to look into another way of promoting your product.
Personally, I am of the view that if you are starting from scratch or new to internet marketing, I am not recommending you to do email marketing. Not yet. Email marketing takes a lot of your time in writing contents and fine tuning your contents. My preference is for you to do affiliate marketing which is a better and less risk for you.
