is Mark Ling a Scam?

What is it?

Mark Ling the founder of Affiliorama, is he a scam? Not even close, he is one of the honest guide and provide honest training programs to teach you affiliate marketing.

Not many courses that I come across really prove that they’re worth a peek. He gives away lots of free training absolutely free, but of course free have its limit. Let dig in and find out more.

Pros

• Step by step easy to follow training resources
• Free to get started
• Free training lets you explore the basic training
• No hard selling

Cons

• Quite confusing due to too many different premium training packages
• The basic program is quite limited compared to the paid programs
• Although no hard selling, but some package is quite costly
• Not easy to get connected with Mark Ling

Free Training Include

• Introduction
• Market Research
• Content Creation
• Site Building
• Marketing Ideas
• SEO
• PPC
• Affiliate Outsourcing
• Guruviews

If you have gone through all the free training and decide to move on to premium is just $1. Is $1 too attractive to say no? Sorry to say I didn’t make my move to go for premium. The reason is that too many option and package that serious making me confuse. Let look at the package and the cost.

Is Mark Ling a Scam?
Affilorama Premium: After your $1 trial will then auto charge at $67/month

Affilotheme: Premium WordPress theme used to be available for $97, now is included as part of the Affiloblueprint package.

Affiloblueprint: $197 a lifetime access package for newbies

Affilojetpack: Pre-made niche websites include written content, email and other ready-made material. Which cost you $997, you should spend this money on better invest.

I not a fan of pre-made niche website. If most of the members bought the pre-made niche website, so who actually will make money. Everyone looks the same, how will the visitor feel with apple to apple website. Who should the visitor trust?

Conclusion

To be fair to Mark Ling and Affilorama, both he and his product do offer good resources on basic affiliate marketing training.

Just from my own point of view the steepness of the upsells package is kind of too costly for average folks. If you keen to learn affiliate marketing and even willing to hand on take action. There are alternative where you can get started for free.
